- Prepare & communicate with our clients from signup until checkout.
- Establish a good rapport with our clients, fulfilling client's needs and manage client's feedback.
- Co-ordinate with internal departments to deliver quality services to clients.
- Execute related administrative works.

**Requirements**:

- Pleasant Personality and if you are a mother, you have an advantage.
- Possess adequate experience in customer service or administrative works.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skill.
- If you can speak Chinese language, it will be advantage.
