We are hiring for **Finance Executive/ Account Executive (E-commerce)**

Position: Finance Executive/ Account Executive (E-commerce)

Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Full Set of Accounts Management:

- Handle the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Perform day-to-day finance operations to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

2. Intercompany Account Oversight:

- Oversee all Intercompany accounts and provide financial guidance and support to ensure proper reconciliation and reporting.

3. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

- Collect, analyze, investigate, and report financial data to support financial decision-making.
- Prepare monthly management reports and submit them on time to management for review.

4. Support to Finance Manager:

- Assist the Manager in various finance functions, including operational finance, reporting, taxation, governance, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve finance-related objectives.

5. Ad Hoc Tasks:

- Perform any ad hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time to support the finance department's needs.

Qualifications & Experience:
1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or relevant roles.

3. Strong proficiency in Excel, especially Power BI, for data analysis and reporting.

4. Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred but not mandatory.

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.

6. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
