**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for management review.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance filings.
Willingness to work shifts as required by business operations.
Support internal and external audit processes.
Ensure compliance with audit requirements and recommendations.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Willingness to work shifts as required by business needs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
