JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Lead, manage, and develop the collections team to meet or exceed monthly collection targets.
- Design and implement effective collection strategies and workflows.
- Monitor and analyze aging reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assign accounts to collectors and ensure proper follow-up on outstanding debts.
- Handle escalated or complex collection cases and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Coordinate with legal teams for litigation or recovery through external agencies.
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies within the collection cycle.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, risks, and trends.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies on debt collection practices.
- Engage with key customers on large delinquent accounts, maintaining a balance between recovery and customer relationship.
- Support month-end closing activities and reconcile accounts as needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in credit control or collections, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Computer literate.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
4. Knowledge of credit risk assessment and financial regulations.
3. Possess good communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English. Ability to converse in an additional language would be an added advantage)
4. A result-oriented person who is able to work under pressure to achieve targets set.
5. A serious and committed individual who understands the job and industry.
6. Exhibit strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
7. Those with experience in a similar industry are encouraged to apply, however those without experience are welcome to do the same as comprehensive training will be provided.
