**Responsibilities**:

- Managing internal corporate exercises including structuring, documentation and completion;
- Managing compliance monitoring relating to processes, workflows and regulatory requirements;
- Assist in implementation of digitalisation efforts for existing operational frameworks;
- Managing monthly management reporting relating to client management (exposure tracking and risk management);
- Prepare, review, and enhance company internal policies;
- Assist in managing corporate finance relates funders of the company and the group;
- Liaison with different departments to assist on the company’s operations;
- Liaison with external parties such as solicitors, consultants, regulatory bodies etc;
- Provide support to the various business unit of the group; and
- Any other ad-hoc assignments or tasks as may be assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economic and/ or relates professional qualifications.
- Awareness in financial services industry such as Factoring or Insurance business will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the areas of corporate finance, treasury, PLC’s.
- Capital Markets Services Representatives License (CMSRL) will have added advantage.
- Good command of spoken and write English and Bahasa Melayu (to liaise with certain government sector).
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Corporate finance: 2 years (required)
- corporate PLC: 2 years (preferred)
- corporate treasury: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa Malaysia (required)
