The Brand and Communication Manager is responsible of overseeing all internal and external communications for the company, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging. With a strong sense for consumers needs and desires, and a strong sense for the company's business objectives, the Brand and Communication Manager is responsible for ensuring that the communication messaging resonate with current customers and potential consumers. You'll be tasked with developing and managing all aspects of brand building, and product launches initiatives/projects, both internal and external. To inform, manage, and deal with stakeholders within the organization (different units) and outside of the organization (our partners and vendors), with a strong focus on building a great brand relationship with our consumers. Key components of this role include liaison with internal stakeholders, to manage the progress of deliverables, facilitating and managing cross-functional projects. Responsibilities RinggitPlus has done very well building its business by tweaking and refining its service deliverables, digital performance marketing and business tie-ups. In order to grow the demand funnel and expand its growth further, RinggitPlus needs a Brand and Communication Manager to manage all initiatives relating to brand awareness, new product launches and positioning, and driving positive brand imagery in the eyes of the consumers. '¢ Oversee all internal and external communications for a company, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging '¢ Plan and manage initiatives with external and internal stakeholders '¢ Work on positive brand imagery projects and monitor consumer sentiment of the brand via Google Review and Facebook Review. '¢ Manage social media activities to continuously driving engagement from the brand's followers '¢ Manage social media calendar and reporting with the brand executive '¢ Support weekly campaigns via social media '¢ Plan activity calendar for social media '¢ Work cross team to generate single comm. theme, utilize existing assets / propose new content to engage with social media community '¢ Measure and track performance of all projects in hand '¢ Manage and liaise with creative on social assets creation Brand and Communication KPI '¢ Increase customer satisfaction in Google Review '¢ Drive social media banking customer acquisition '¢ Increase social media channel performance, engagement in IG and FB '¢ To lead, plan and drive annual brand projects. '¢ Drive new initiatives with partners. '¢ Completion of projects to support internal stakeholders Requirements '¢ A strong grasp of brand and marketing communications. '¢ A meticulous and detailed project manager. '¢ A good command of English and at least one other language. '¢ Proficiency in financial literacy is a bonus '¢ Excellent communication skills and an impeccable eye for detail. '¢ Strong commercial focus and the ability to prioritise tasks. '¢ Comfortable working on teams with an experimental and agile mindset.
