**RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY**:

- To supervise subcontractors on site installation.
- To attend site meetings with Consultants and Clients.
- To promote safety awareness among subcontractors, site supervisors and clients.
- To perform site coordination, site inspection, site quality control complying with the ISO requirement, testing & commissioning.
- Manage the workforce on-site, including subcontractors and labourers.
- Assign tasks and oversee their completion.
- Ensure the proper use of tools and materials.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure that workers follow health and safety regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Coordinate between various teams to avoid conflicts or overlaps.
- Ensure materials and equipment are available when needed.
- Manage site logistics such as deliveries and storage.
- Track the daily progress of construction activities.
- Report delays or issues to the Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager.
- Maintain a daily log of site activities, incidents, and inspections.
- Document worker attendance and productivity.

**SUPERVISION**:

- Receives daily supervision and workload from the Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager.
- Receives general supervision from the Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- More than 3 years of experience in data center or construction field
- Proficient in writing in English
- Multi-tasks effectively with good attitude
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of commitment and initiative
- Some knowledge in ISO documentation is necessary
- Able to work independently
- Computer literate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
