**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Handling inbound calls from customers in regards to City-Link shipments

2. Respond promptly to customer’s call within 3 rings

3. Act as customer's first point of contact

4. Provide high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction

5. Ensure all communication with customers is updated in G2 system

6. Prepare and record customer inquiries and complaints on daily basis

7. Track hourly call record including drop calls

8. Communicating and coordinating with internal department

9. Transfer calls with consignment note instructions

10. Communicating and coordinating with internal department

11. Pre-Alert’s Urgent shipment’s and monitor to deliveries

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM600.00 per month

Schedule:
