Internship for HR Admin

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and screening resumes.
- Help prepare HR documents such as employment letters, onboarding forms, and attendance records.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, staff events, and internal communications.
- Provide support in handling employee inquiries and filing HR-related documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and file management.
**ACADEMIC / SKILL / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and employment regulations is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
**AUTHORITY**:
- No decision-making authority; tasks are performed under the supervision of HR personnel.
- May assist in internal communication and coordination with employees.
**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**:
- English and Malay (written and spoken)
