**Job Descriptions**
- Assist all administrative activities of the project site.
- Handle staff related matters, leave forms, and other HR tasks.
- Assist in office stationery requisition, control and distribution.
- Handle Foreign Workers’ Work Permit, Time Attendance and Leaves related matters.
- Preparing Material Requisition when require.
- Prepare staffs & workers monthly attendance to HQ.
- Matching invoices with PO & DO before forwarding to HQ A/C Dept for payment process.
- Maintain up-to-date purchasing records and files for quick retrieval.
- Assist in monitoring staffs & workers attendance on daily basis.
- Regularly report to relevant superiors on the progress works and issues encountered.
- Keep all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records in respect of the progress works.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of working experience as administrator or site clerk.
- Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply.
- Good written and verbal communication - English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good computer knowledge and familiar with MS Office.
- Good administration skill.
- Able to work independently, adapt to project site environment.
- Has good discipline and punctuality.
- Able to start work immediately is advantage.
- Able to work 6 days per week.
- Willing to work at Sg Besi Selangor.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
