**Job Summary **:This position is to oversees staff management, customer relations, and conflict resolution to ensure a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities include managing beverage inventory, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining organized sales records.

**Working hours**:5 Working Days and 2 Offdays per week.
- Tuesday - Saturday : 1.00pm -11.00 pm (1 hour break)
- Closed on Sunday and Monday

**Job Scope**:
(a) Assist in all front-of-house (FOH) operations, including hiring and training FOH staff, organising and overseeing FOH staff schedules & handling FOH staff discipline in accordance with restaurant policy

(b) Attend to any reservations, enquiries and/or reviews by customers regarding the restaurant promptly and carefully via the publicly open communication channels (eg. customer service mobile line, reservation platform, Google reviews etc)

(c) Resolve customer problems and concerns personally, including handling complaints and conflicts in a diplomatic and courteous manner at all times & ensuring customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience

(d) Manage and record beverage inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies, monitor and estimate related costings & ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations at all times

(e) Assist in keeping the general cleanliness of the restaurant & conduct daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling and hygiene standards

(f) Assist to maintain sales records, receipts and handle organised filing and documentations for bookkeeping purposes

(g) Assist to prepare and submit operations reports and/or any other documentation required by the restaurant
