**JOB SUMMARY**:
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Efficiently set up new foreclosure files in the firm’s internal case management system.
- Draft, prepare, and format documents for clients, borrowers, and external parties.
- Coordinate outgoing mail, messenger deliveries, overnight deliveries, and facsimiles.
- Maintain congenial relationships with business associates and clients.
- Update internal case management systems and client systems accurately and promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients at all stages of interaction.
- Proofread legal documents as required for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist attorneys in a high-volume, time-sensitive atmosphere.
- Ensure all properties are timely registered at initial registration and annual registration.
- Effectively communicate with clients and borrowers to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
- Meet all firm, client, and court mandated deadlines.
- Appropriately handle and process sensitive and confidential information.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.

- High-level proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Proficiency in internet research activities.
- Familiarity with case and document management software.
- Ability to proficiently operate a computer, photocopier, and telephone.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
