**Administrative Assistant**
- Handle all Sales and Catering phone calls and inquiries.
- Create banquet event orders with event details, such as quotations and invoices for clients.
- Creating files for accounts
- Co-ordinating and communicating with Operation department
- Updating social media
- Perform clerical and administrative duties to support the day-to-day operation
- Handling simple petty cash, daily sales and expenses entry.
**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of experience in related field
- Hardworking, positive attitude and committed to work
- Able to multi-task & willing to learn
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Computer literacy, ie Microsoft office(excel, word, powerpoint)
- Able to work under pressure and achieve tight deadlines.
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and work ethics.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
**Salary**: RM1,400.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
