**The team you'll be part of**

We are looking for highly motivated Senior Support Specilaist responsible for technical support to incidents and problems tickets, ensuring tickets are owned, correctly prioritiesed, followed up and resolved.

As part of our team, you will:

- Provide 4th level technical support for Nokia Mediation system
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and implement solutions relating to issues reported by customer
- Provide professional and efficient level of service in accordance with Service Level of Agreement
- Investigation of issues, including trying to reproduce them if require and escalating any defects to product team
- Attending escalation and outage call to drive resolution with Global Care team
- Write knowledge base articles to speed up resolution of repeated incidents
- Contribute to Root Cause Analysis for issues and problems and ensuring improvements plan are implemented
- Work in rotational shifts including night shifts and weekends

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Bachelor’s degree in computing or technology
- Having 7-10 years of hands-on software development and/or support experience
- Proven working experience in:

- Java/C programming
- Relational database - PostgreSQL, MariaDB
- Linux environments
- Experience working in Container/Kubernetes environment
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to deal with a wide range of issued encountered
- Excellent communication skills to deal with multiple stakeholdes at all levels and across different regions
- Experience in OSS/BSS domain with multiple years of exposure to mediation projects is an added advantage
