**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer queries regarding products, services, and policies in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work with other departments to escalate problems as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and system updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer service process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)** and **English** (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- **Availability to work on a rotating shift **.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working with CRM software (preferred but not required).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
