**The Responsibilities of the Role:

- Provide Customer Support for live chats, tickets & calls.
- Handle up to 5 to 6 live chats simultaneously, where at certain times due
to platform maintenance chats can be more than 6.
- Answer escalations both in Mandarin & English language.
- Escalate the issues to the relevant departments.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through
open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and
alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution.
- Help with translations provided by the Line Manager
- Help to provide feedback on the recent FAQs to feed the Support Bot on a
daily basis.
- Any other task(s) as assigned by management.
**The Requirements for the Role:

- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Good command of written and spoken Mandarin (fluent) and English level
not lower than B2.
- Previous experience in the call center environment is an advantage.
- Experience in translation is a plus as you will be required to translate
the materials from English to the local language.
- High level multi-tasking is required.
- Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good
interpersonal skills.
- Working Days/Hours : Monday-Friday/ 1pm-9.30pm,Shift based.
**The Package**:

- Basic Salary RM4000
- Monthly bonus RM800.
- Meal allowance of RM200
- Performance related allowance upon confirmation.
- Annual Leave 15 days.
- Medial Leave 14 days.
- Medical and insurance coverage.
