**Key Responsibilities**:
**Housekeeping & Facility Management**
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and amenities to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal maintenance teams for deep cleaning, pest control, laundry, and repairs.
- Manage inventory and procurement of housekeeping supplies and amenities.

**Resident Services**
- Act as the first point of contact for residents regarding accommodation-related requests and complaints.
- Ensure timely resolution of resident issues with a service-oriented approach.
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures, room allocation, and welcome arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of resident preferences and feedback.

**Administrative Duties**
- Prepare housekeeping and maintenance schedules and maintain related documentation.
- Maintain resident files and service logs, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Generate reports related to housekeeping performance, resident satisfaction, and incident tracking.

**Team Supervision**
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff in service protocols, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback or training sessions.
- Coordinate duty rosters and ensure optimal staff deployment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a hotel/residential property with strong housekeeping and guest relations exposure.
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards, safety regulations, and hygiene protocols.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
