As an Operations Analyst Intern, you will work primarily with the Operations Team in Malaysia to outline Borzo's strategy across the 10+ cities where we operate. You will support Operations Managers having their respective defined and wide scopes (e.g. Pricing, Competition, Product Experience..) over which they have full ownership on their projects and budget to perform actions aiming at growing and consolidating the rider and client base for Borzo and offering the best experience for both. This is a hybrid role that calls for a combination of strong analytical skills, critical thinking and operational execution. Your intern position will prove to be predominantly a data-driven and analytical role in order to support the operations in Malaysia What You'll Do - **Chance to impact thousands of couriers in Malaysia. **_Develop thorough analyses to design new pricing experiments across the Borzo Malaysia business that will directly impact the country's growth; together with the measurement of the overall impact and support in drawing business implications._ ** Optimize our supply business performance. T**_ake advantage of the ever-growing amount of data we have to detect opportunities & issues and propose improvements with immediate impact. Run and measure "real world" tests on courier users & sophisticated A/B experiments to improve product availability and reliability while optimizing couriers' earnings_ Your **qualifications**: - **Written and spoken proficiency in English**: - Strong data analytics, you know the details that matter - Proficient with Excel, Knowledge in SQL & phyton is a must - Go get it: Understanding and being fully aware of how our business operates and how it makes money and sustains profitable growth, now and in the future **Job Types**: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 3 months **Salary**: RM1,200.00 per month **Benefits**: - Opportunities for promotion Schedule: - Monday to Friday
