Job Description:

- Lead the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities and gap
- Manage to plan, develop and present business model and products to new potential market and investors
- Manage to prepare the details of technical specifications of raw materials and follow the procedures of product development process from start to end
- Establish and manage the tracking and monitoring tools for all raw materials from shipping process until the end of production process
- Encourage new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
- Prepare the writing reports on findings of raw materials defect
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Able to perform any ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Business/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Fashion Apparel/Manufacturing/Operations of Garment industry
- A good team player, proactive, independent and good interpersonal skills who can communicate well with all levels of team members
- Knowledgeable in outsourcing activities and good networking

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 2 years (preferred)
- Fashion Apparel Manufacturing: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)

License/Certification:

- driving license (preferred)
