Accounts Payable Executive

The **Accounts Payable Executive** is primarily responsible for supporting daily accounting functions within the AR and AP sections, working closely with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform daily vendor invoice data entry in the system with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare Accounts Payable (AP) and intercompany reconciliations, ensuring submission within the required schedule.
- Generate daily data processing reports and month-end cost tracking summaries.
- Verify that all reconciliations align accurately with vendor Statements of Account (SOAs).
- Maintain proper, accurate, and up-to-date AP invoice filing for easy reference and audit compliance.
- Review contra listings and compile supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
- Monitor the Data Processing Team cabinet, issue reminders for pending invoices, and ensure timely processing.
- Train and guide new Data Processing Team members on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and data entry processes.
- Ensure the team’s working area and document tables are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Monitor and resolve outstanding invoices and discrepancies in coordination with vendors and internal departments.
- Support urgent invoice approvals and ensure smooth, accurate integration of data into the accounting system.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant working experience or internship in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of mathematics and accounting software.
**Note**: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
