About the Team
The Global Recruitment Coordination team is primarily responsible to provide professional and efficient recruiting coordination services for the full-cycle interview process. This team is part of the Talent Center (a CoE) which has a wide remit including policy & process, early careers, and TA enablement. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to support multiple international stakeholders to support our continued rapid growth.

**Responsibilities**:
3. Build up and maintain a good relationship with the hiring teams, understand their hiring needs thoroughly, and support various recruitment projects.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's Degree and above.
2. Strong written & verbal communication skills in English.
3. Self-starter with a high level of curiosity and outstanding learning ability.
4. Ability to work in differing work rotations/shifts (including nights, public holidays and weekends).
5. Can work under pressure and be a good team player.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
6. HR background and/or recruitment experience is preferred, or an interest in Talent Acquisition and willingness to learn is welcomed.
7. Good organizational skills with demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail.
