  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate workflow and ensure data accuracy.
  • Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to joining.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and hiring best practices.
