Job Duties/ Description:

  • Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and technical requirements.
  • Execute advanced sourcing techniques across multiple platforms to build talent pipelines.
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on both technical expertise and cultural fit.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer stage.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive and professional recruitment experience.

Skills & Competencies:

  • MUST have minimum 1 year of IT Recruitment experience in Agency or BPO environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and deliver results within tight timelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident in engaging both technical and non-technical professionals.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and motivated by achieving individual and team targets.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to success.
