Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
Identify and engage top IT talent using job boards, Social media, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future IT hiring needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and hiring priorities.
Candidate Screening & Selection:
Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills and qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams (phone, video, or in-person)
- Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate assessments.
Recruitment Process Management:
Post IT job openings on relevant platforms, company career pages and manage applicant tracking.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from application to onboarding.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
Build relationships with IT professionals and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Represent the company professionally to attract top talent.
- Promote the company's culture, values, and growth opportunities to potential hires.
Offer Management & Onboarding:
Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates.
- Work with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding for new IT hires.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or any related field (preferred).
- Min 1 years of experience in IT recruitment, technical staffing, or talent acquisition.
Technical Knowledge & Skills:
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
