Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management — across various roles, primarily in tech and engineering.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and cold outreach strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Liaise with hiring managers to deeply understand job requirements and deliver candidate solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Consultant Commentary: Craft compelling summaries and reviews of shortlisted candidates for client presentation.
  • Job Advertising & Branding: Write effective job ads and promote roles across multiple channels to attract top talent.
  • CRM & Documentation: Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, search progress, and job activities using internal tools and platforms.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet individual KPIs related to placements, candidate submissions, and business development activities.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry shifts to advise clients and candidates effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with colleagues and leadership to ensure smooth processes and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house); fresh grads with strong interpersonal skills and the right attitude are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable with outbound calling and candidate engagement.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, and job portals.
  • A friendly and approachable personality with a drive to continuously learn and grow.
