1. Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and assist with ordering.
- Provide recommendations and product knowledge (especially signature items like bingsu and toast).
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

2. Food & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare desserts such as bingsu, toast, beverages, and other menu items according to SOP.
- Maintain consistency in portioning, presentation, and quality.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

3. Outlet Operations
- Support daily operations including opening and closing duties.
- Operate POS system for order taking and payment handling.
- Assist with table clearing, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean dining area.

4. Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Ensure the work area, kitchen, and dining space are always clean and sanitized.
- Perform regular cleaning of equipment and tools.

5. Teamwork
- Cooperate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Communicate with kitchen and management for order updates or customer feedback.

6. Inventory Support
- Assist in stock checks and inform supervisors when stock is low.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed during shift.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience required (training provided); F&B background is a plus.
- Friendly, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and on shifts.
- Basic understanding of English (Mandarin/Malay/Thai is a plus).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
