Experience in SME Company, MIDA exemption, and experience handling customs reports every 3 months.

Import and export shipment arrangement, and documentation preparation including booking, custom clearance form, invoice, packing list and etc. Experience in LC shipments.

Request a quotation from freight forwarders and follow up/monitor the update for shipment schedule, clearance and delivery status.

Lead Supply Chain Department including Purchasing and liaise with Accounting teams to ensure purchase order is being processed accordingly, and assist on providing the best logistics solution to Purchasing team

Follow-up with vendor and obtain estimated delivery date, update Delivery Schedule and keep customer informed of the delivery status

Generate Monthly Report (Order backlogs, Freight Cost & Expenses, Stock)

Responsible for inventory management

Enhanced existing inventory control procedures & system

Monitoring stock level (raw material/finished product)

Ensure all incoming stock is updated into system timely/accurately.

Analyze the stock ageing, identify the slow-moving stock and the aged of the stock in hand.

To perform quarterly physical inventory count, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.

Schedule and plan for the Yearly Stock count.

Prepare, generate and inventory reports regularly; review reports monthly with management

Supervise, oversee, and plan every activity that relates to inventory control in the organization or warehouse environment

Work directly with management to bring them up to date regarding stock inflow and outflow

Performs job-related duties as assigned.

**Salary**: From RM2,800.00 per month
