  • Lead the procurement process from supplier selection through contract negotiation and execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies that optimize costs while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and innovation to enhance supply chain performance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, and evaluate supplier capabilities to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and product development, to forecast purchasing needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in procurement to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in cost analysis, financial modeling, and budget management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and drive results in a collaborative manner.
  • Proficient in procurement software and tools, with the ability to analyze data and generate insights for decision-making.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a remote environment and managing supplier relationships across different geographies.
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement management systems.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies to support purchasing decisions.
  • Familiarity with contract management software and e-procurement platforms.
