**Your Mission**:
You’re the team’s voice and content planner — part writer, part strategist. From snappy social media captions to longer-form articles, you know how to write for different platforms and audiences. You can adapt your tone and format whether it’s for Instagram, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu, LinkedIn, or blog content. You stay sharp on trends, love research, and can turn content ideas into results-driven campaigns.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Write engaging, platform-appropriate copy for social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, RED/Xiao Hong Shu, etc.)
- Plan and write contents in different forms (short-form and long-form)
- Research topics, trends, and keywords to shape content direction
- Develop and maintain a content calendar with strategic input
- Work closely with the team (marketing strategist, designer and content creator) to align messaging and visuals
- Edit, proofread, and optimize content for clarity, impact, and performance
