To work directly with international clients and guide internal teams as a "squad leader" to improve the overall quality of all types of B2B content, provide strategies for content marketing initiatives, and innovate on existing processes

Challenges You'll Tackle (Accountabilities & Responsibilities)

  • Be able to deliver as a Senior Writer.
  • Partner with governance to strategize and solve problems in campaign performance
  • Independently create an effective B2B content strategy, including audits, calendars, and messaging
  • Help standardize and scale content processes, including training, onboarding, and workflow
  • Help manage resourcing and staffing to ensure the stability of the Content Team
  • Help orchestrate planning and execution of delivery on accounts

You should have
(Requirements)

  • Everything from Senior Writer level and in-depth understanding of B2B marketing goals--including, but not limited to content
  • Expertise in improving the quality of B2B marketing campaigns
  • Experience in developing and designing processes
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • High-level attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to oversee and guide a small group of writers
