Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Strategist. The Creative Strategist will be responsible for tasks such as creative direction, creative strategy, brand strategy, researching, writing, shooting, and editing. They will play a key role in developing innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the brand's image and messaging.

Job Scope:

  • Creative Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand objectives and target audience.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Content Creation:
    Research, script, shoot, edit, and post user-generated content (UGC) for Meta ads, ensuring high engagement and relevance.
  • Campaign Execution for Ad:
    From researching, scripting, shooting, and editing for the video content optimized for Meta advertisements.
  • Visual and Graphic Design:
    Create visually compelling ads, product page visuals, and marketing materials using tools like Canva.
  • Production Oversight:
    Oversee the production of creative assets, including copywriting, graphic design, video production, and more.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Reporting and Iteration:
    Provide weekly creative marketing reports and iterate on strategies based on performance data.
  • Industry Trends:
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and advertising.
