Marketing Strategist

Position Objective
The Marketing Strategist plays a key role in driving business and digital growth through data-driven marketing strategies, brand visibility initiatives, and lead generation campaigns. The role combines analytical thinking with creative execution to position the company and its clients effectively across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audiences.
- Formulate campaign roadmaps and go-to-market plans to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Creative Ideation & Direction
- Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions with internal teams to produce impactful campaign concepts.
- Collaborate with creative and video teams to ensure consistency in brand storytelling and visual identity.
3. Social Media & Content Management
- Oversee social media strategy, ensuring content aligns with brand tone and objectives.
- Develop content calendars, write copy, and guide multimedia execution across platforms.
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content based on performance insights.
4. Digital Advertising & Campaign Execution
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
5. Brand & Communication Management
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
- Strengthen brand positioning through storytelling, partnerships, and digital experiences.
6. Partnership & Community Development
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and partners to expand brand reach.
- Support CRM initiatives, email marketing, and community engagement programs.
7. Reporting & Optimization
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
- Continuously refine strategies based on market trends and campaign analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant marketing experience (education and industry combined).
- Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and performance analytics.
- Familiar with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Experience working in an agency environment is preferred.
- Excellent command of English with strong writing and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with analytical discipline and attention to detail.
