Job Description
- Providing advice and counsel to the company on a wide range of legal, company secretarial, regulatory and compliance matters.
- Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing agreements, managing legal documents, assisting in corporate secretarial functions, and managing/working with external counsels.
- Establishing and managing the company’s compliance needs, including establishing a compliance framework and monitoring program, implementing the company’s compliance program, compliance reporting, investigation, and recommendation of remedial action.
- Review legal and compliance documents, organize every clause, and optimize them time by time.
- Setting up a framework and structure to support the management of contracts, memorandum of understanding and partnership agreements.
- Reviewing company processes and ensures the processes complies with the law and statutory requirements.
- To provide assistance and advisory on legal requests upon receiving, and general ad hoc tasks when required.

Job Requirement
- Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field of corporate, contracts and/or litigation in legal firm is required for this position.
- Complex Problem Solving, Adaptive to Technology Trends, Leadership & Growth Driven, Attention to detail, Able to work independently, prioritize, and follow through on multiple, concurrent, and often competing deliverables, while managing expectations of the business and meeting deadlines.
