**On a given day, you will**:

- Provide strategic legal counsel on key agreements spanning multiple jurisdictions, ensuring our business interests are protected while maintaining regulatory compliance
- Deliver timely, practical advice on complex legal matters including regulatory compliance, intellectual property rights, data protection, anti-money laundering, and international contract law
- Leverage AI-powered legal research and contract analysis tools to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and support informed, data-driven legal decision-making
- Alert senior leadership to significant legal and regulatory developments, recommending proactive measures to maintain compliance and competitive advantage
- Contribute legal expertise to corporate restructuring initiatives, including cross-border elements requiring sophisticated tax and corporate governance considerations
- Offer guidance on employment legislation, developing strategies to avoid and resolve disputes efficiently
- Monitor and analyse legislative and regulatory changes in the fintech industry, developing implementation plans to ensure compliance across all applicable jurisdictions

**We would love to work with you if you**:

- Have 1+ years of experience in a corporate legal environment, with knowledge of investment services and e-commerce regulations
- Hold a university degree in law or a relevant field
- Possess strong risk assessment skills and stay current with legislative and regulatory developments in the fintech industry
- Can provide data-oriented legal guidance with expertise in complex technological and financial systems
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and can work effectively with all levels of personnel with high integrity and maturity
- Have meticulous attention to detail and superior organisational skills, comfortably managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Bring a can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn and develop your career
- Communicate with excellence in both spoken and written English
