**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- ** Draft, review and advise on legal risks for (Operational) contracts associated with Retail and marketing businesses, Lubricants, Chemicals and Aviation such as CICAF template agreements, mobility agreements, technical services agreements, commercial services agreements, sale and incentive agreements and other distributorship agreements in Asia**:

- ** RBA/RSA & NFR for both Regulated and Non-Regulated Markets (Drafting, review and advisory)**:

- ** Leases and Tenancies (Drafting, review and advisory)**:

- ** Drafting contracts templates (joint partnership agreements, technical service agreements, sponsorship agreement)**:

- ** Advising on regulatory related issues in marketing and advertising**:

- ** Retail Marketing (Marketing & Advertising: Review and drafting of Marketing and Advertising materials including related advice on regulatory, data privacy and IP issues**:

- ** Litigation support (i.e., LORP Lite management and local coordination for LORP matters).**:

- ** Downstream Accelerated Growth projects and initiatives focused in the East**:

- ** Legal support in IP related matters**:

- ** E&C legal support work (per latest Guidance, related to certain AB&C/AML matters)**:

- ** A&D transactions (e.g., acquisition of EV platform service provider, growth of Mobility network)**:

- ** Drafting amendment agreements, NDAs, novation, termination notices and other basic ancillary contracts**:

- ** Assisting in creation and updating of training materials for business, short legal guidance notes or FAQs.**:

- ** Participation in Special Project/initiatives**:

- ** Carry out such other tasks to support colleagues within the Central Legal Services Team and Asia Downstream Legal teams, as required**:Translated Company Description

**Requirements**:

- ** Law degree and professional legal qualification with minimum of 5 to 9 years in legal and commercial**:

- ** Extensive legal experience and incisive grasp of legal issues, demonstrated learner mindset and capability to expand knowledge in relevant areas of law and regulatory**:

- ** Excellent legal and strategic judgment, coupled with strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills**:

- ** Ability to build a shared vision around the process and ensure a smooth execution of the vision across various organizational interfaces**:

- ** Promotes a continuous improvement mindset and challenges self and others to identify and implement opportunities for improvement**:
