As part of their expansion, they are seeking a talented and motivated **Business Administrator & Marketing Coordinator** to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone based in Kuala Lumpur who is looking to gain international experience and contribute to both operational and marketing functions in a highly professional, dynamic, and supportive environment.
**Role Overview**
As the **Business Administrator & Marketing Coordinator**, you’ll support the firm’s daily operations while playing a key role in delivering marketing campaigns, coordinating projects, and streamlining internal processes. You’ll collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, efficient workflows, and timely project execution.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Business Administration**
- Manage internal documentation, records, and systems for multi-office coordination.
- Assist leadership with scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day communications.
- Contribute to improving administrative procedures and internal workflows.
**Marketing & Communications**
- Coordinate and contribute to the delivery of marketing strategy across all channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce marketing collateral and content that reflects our tone and values
- Support content creation and manage promotional materials and communication channels in line with brand guidelines.
- Track marketing campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics.
**Project Coordination**
- Coordinate internal projects, team events, and client-facing initiatives.
- Liaise with external vendors and internal departments to meet project timelines and standards.
- Maintain clear and structured project documentation and communications.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Degree-qualified in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experienced in business support, marketing coordination, or project assistance (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and social media platforms (Canva, Mailchimp, or HubSpot a bonus).
- An excellent communicator, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Superb handle of English communications - written and verbal.
