**Job Title**: Documentation Intern

**Location**: PASIR GUDANG, JOHOR
**Employment Type**: Internship
**Duration**: 4-6 Months

**Job Requirement**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Construction Management, Administration, or any related field.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**:

- **Skilled in editing PDFs** (**Adobe Acrobat, Foxit Reader, or similar software**.)
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Organize, update, and maintain project**-related construction documents.
- **Monitor and track incoming tenders**, ensuring all relevant documentation is prepared and submitted on time.
- **Assist with Administrative Tasks** - Support the team with data organization, documentation, and other admin duties.
- Assist in compiling necessary documents and reports for tender submissions.
