Human Resources Executive

JOB SCOPE:
- Monitor employee progress of work, ensure every employee is assigned the appropriate tasks and execute accordingly
- Developing new fair HR policies,benefit, improvement and updating the existing ones also ensuring employees understand and comply with them
- Manage & arrange new hiring, screening, interviews, orientations and oversee training.
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
- Handling staff Permit/Passport (Renewal & New Application), Special Pass, Fomema, Typhod injection, Kursus pengendalian makanan
- Prepare HR related documents/form/memos/letter/minute meetings/others in timely manner
- Calculate staff overtime & prepare salary summary also payslip accordingly
- Knowledge of labor legislation & HR System
- Handling & Organize company events accordingly
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
