We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Product Manager to participate in the creation of new products and features, from the idea stage to launch. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

To be successful in this role, you should possess the ability to contribute appropriate product-related insights and strategies. Ultimately, you’ll work with internal teams to build products that fill gaps in the market and increase customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Product Manager and collaborating with the product development team.
- Gathering product data, customer feedback, competitor research, and consumer trends.
- Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
- Coordinating findings with the product team and aligning them with business goals.
- Participate in growing and maintaining our template libraries
- Perform quality assurance controls on products and suggest product enhancements to improve user experience and product fit accuracy
- Participate in pre-launch and post-launch product activities
- Monitor and report on users’ reactions and sales after launching
- Developing efficient customer communication and feedback channels.
- Create support and training documents for internal and external users
- Training internal departments on new product features and providing support to customers.

**Requirements & Soft Skill**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, marketing, or a related field.
- The ability to read and write Chinese is advantageous
- Ability to maintain strong customer relations and provide product support.
- Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Adaptability - able to multi-task and stay organized
- Strong time management skills - ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline heavy environment
- Analytical thinker - notice patterns in data and reports
- Creative thinker - come up with ideas and be innovative
- Attention to detail - notice mistakes and patterns in data

**Nice to Have**:

- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with market research, consumers’ behavior, and marketing techniques
- Competency in training internal departments on new product features.
- Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira or Trello
- Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback.
- Exceptional ability to identify improved product features and contribute to marketing strategies.
