**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Sales Leadership**
- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy in line with company objectives.
- Set annual and quarterly sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators
(KPIs).
- Identify and explore new business opportunities and emerging markets.
**2. Team Management**
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (regional managers, sales managers, etc.).
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales talent.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary.
**3. Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Support key account negotiations and deal closings.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments (technical, finance).
**4. Sales Operations & Forecasting**
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics.
- Oversee CRM usage, sales reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics to senior leadership.
**5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership**
- Work closely with marketing to align go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate with product and service teams to ensure offerings meet market needs.
- Align with finance to structure pricing strategies, contracts, and margin controls.
**6. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis**
- Track market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior.
- Use insights to refine sales strategies and adapt to market changes.
**7. Budgeting & P&L Responsibility**
- Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Contribute to pricing strategy, sales promotions, and incentive programs.
- Drive profitability and growth through effective sales planning.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in senior sales roles (5+ years, including leadership roles)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or strong experience in related field with proven track record
