**Main Task**
- To Attend In House Training to improve Knowledge and productivity
- To Attend Daily Department Meeting for procurement discussion
- Max 10 Min
- Responsible for sourcing of supplier for components, obtain price quotes and to get price negotiations
- Issuing of purchase order (Manual & System Purchase Order)
- To Process order and ensure timely delivery of Purchase products
- To Follow up with vendors and update promise dates on purchase order &on supporting documents submission
- "To Coordinate all necessary Import & Export Documentation "
- To Maintain complete updated purchasing records / data and pricing in the system
- To Prepare summary of Monthly outstanding Purchase order, & Oversea Expediting Report
- Provide liaison assistance between requester and suppliers
- Prepare and Update new/existing vendors into Approved Vendor List
- Send Vendor Prequalification form to new supplier
- Project Expediting PO Report

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
