**Job Summary**
As the Assistant Manager of the Brand and Activation Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the strategic planning, management and execution of companywide brand strategies that are aligned with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key partners across diverse industries to manage 360-degree brand activations, overseeing sponsorships, driving brand growth and engagement, and ensuring brand consistency across all corporate materials.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage 360-degree brand activations, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Responsible to support the execution of global and regional brand initiatives to support business and market strategy.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to develop and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage the collaboration and relationship with key partners across diverse industries to create synergistic brand collaborations, sponsorships and partnerships.
- Identify and evaluate sponsorship opportunities that align with the brand's values and objectives.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring that all brand materials, messaging, and visuals adhere to the established brand guidelines.
- Review and approve brand-related materials, including marketing collateral, advertisements, and digital content, to ensure consistent brand identity.
- To ensure the products and services positioning resonate with the intended target market and whilst keeping to the brand tonality.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to propose innovative brand enhancement strategies.
- Analyse the effectiveness of key brand activations, to track campaign results and insights to optimise future efforts.
- Undertake any special project / other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Management as when required.
**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or similar roles, preferably in financial services industry
- Strong understanding of brand, marketing strategy and activation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and campaign reports.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative brand approaches.
- Familiarity with market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Word (ability to sort and analyse data in MS Excel is a plus)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistent brand standards.
- Previous experience in sponsorships and partnership management is a plus.
- Willing to travel for events as and when needed.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to handle marketing materials
