Location: Kulai, Johor
**We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to join our team.**
**You will play an important role in:
- **
- Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence.
- Raise department purchase request in system for approval and GRN Management.
- To manage & arrange workers, staff & guest transport and ensure they arrive at the workplace & return home at safe conditions.
- To arrange transport for foreign workers to go to the bank, clinic, hospital and etc.
- Dispatch Services Management.
- Name card management.
- Hotel Booking management, Transport & Logistic Arrangement for secondees, visitors, customer & etc.
- To maintain and align all office equipment & copier machine in good condition & ensure no disruption of work.
- Manage & ensure all meeting rooms are in clean & organized condition.
- To manage scrap & waste collection service and documents disposal service.
- Medical management
- issue medical chit, verify medical claim & monthly expenses.
- To Manage & control the stationery inventory and raise PR for stationery
- To manage all the notice boards and ensure that only approved notices
- To Manage & control the uniform & safety shoes inventory and verify the
- To manage routine services such as Rentokil initial, water dispenser
- To control & check the stock of refreshments & prepare refreshments for
- To manage & control the inventory of mineral water, tissue, hand soap,
- Assist on monthly inspection checklist for canteen area.
- Support & involve in internal or external audit preparation & coordination
- To participate in 6S activities and strive to achieve above marginal score
- Any other duties as assigned by immediate superior or higher authority

- To Manage & control the uniform & safety shoes inventory and verify the request or issues before make a new order.
- To manage routine services such as Rentokil initial, water dispenser (Coway) and etc.
- To control & check the stock of refreshments & prepare refreshments for top management, visitors, and customers upon request.
- To manage & control the inventory of mineral water, tissue, hand soap, hand sanitizer & make order according to consumption quantity.
- Assist on monthly inspection checklist for canteen area.
- Support & involve in internal or external audit preparation & coordination (ISO System, BCMS, RBA, CSR).
- To participate in 6S activities and strive to achieve above marginal score
for dept.
- Any other duties as assigned by immediate superior or higher authority
**To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- **
- Preferred able to **communicate in Mandarin**.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2-5 years of experience in administrative & facilities management, preferably in Manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of business licensing processes and government compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with ISO, RBA & CSR standards and audit procedures.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills (applicable to Senior Exec).
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good command of Bahasa Melayu & English.
Fresh graduates who able to speak in Mandarin are welcome to apply.
