HR Executive

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR function including payroll, recruitment, arranging interviews, new hire on board, internal/external training processing, employee relations, HR process and all documentation, filling and etc.
- To prepare monthly HR reports as required.
- To ensure ISO procedure and documentation are followed.
- To undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors / management from time to Time.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative to HR team.
- Coordinate all HR projects (recruitment, training, survey etc.).
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data ( absences, leaves, etc.).
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Subject matter expert on immigration matters (MDEC)
- Tracking of working permit for employees and their dependents.
- Responsible to ensure the renewal / cancellation of work permits for existing
- and their dependents
- Educates HR & managers on any changes related to immigration rules.
- Responsible to handle day to day HR enquiries
- Responsible to handle all HR Vendor, ensuring that contracts, payments, all compliance checks.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Degree in HR or equivalent
- At least 2 year experience in HR
- Computer Literate
- Able to work with limited supervision
- Computer literate
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
- Familiar with medical insurance matters
- Experience in purchasing of office supplies and stationery control
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
