Job Overview:
As an Administrative Officer at ACE Education, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative processes. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources (HR)**:

- **Recruitment and Staffing**:

- Screen, interview, and onboard new hires (tutors and support staff).
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and contracts.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Act as the point of contact for teacher inquiries and concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication.
- Handle leave management, attendance tracking, and teacher performance reviews.

**Administrative Support**:

- **General Administration**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the tuition center, including scheduling and logistics.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital records.
- Training will be given

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma/degree in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Willing**: Work on Saturday from 9am-3 pm, (Lunch: 1 hour break)
