**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support employer branding efforts through social media content creation.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Provide administrative support (e.g., drafting job descriptions, preparing reports).
**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology**, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia**.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship experience is a **plus** but not required.
