Account Purchasing Clerk

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To perform data entry into SQL accounting system
- To assist in receiving, liaise with suppliers/customers when necessary.
- To ensure accuracy of daily transaction of SQL accounting system
- To be responsible for general accounting processes, which includes processing of invoices, data entry, AP, AR,OR, payment voucher and etc
- Maintain proper filing & accurate entry in system.
- Preparation of invoice & credit note
- Providing support and assistant to the account and sales team
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks
- Assist in daily operations and maintaining of proper filing system
- Undertake any other ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by the Management
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 2-3 years similar working experience
- Knowledge in SQL/Autocount accounting software is preferable
- Microsoft Excellent
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese is advantage
