**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the sourcing and purchasing of materials, supplies and equipment required by the company.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) accurately and on time.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations, confirm pricing, negotiate terms and follow up on delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update supplier records, price lists and product information.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment based on stock requirements.
- Work closely with warehouse and accounts departments to ensure smooth delivery and invoice processing.
- Verify and match supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery orders.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Handle any supply issues, delays or discrepancies and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all purchasing-related records.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
- Basic understanding of purchasing procedures, supply chain and inventory control is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
- Able to speak, read and write in Mandarin.

**Additional Skills (Optional)**
- Knowledge in sourcing suppliers locally and internationally.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
