1. Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business operations activities. 3. Good in filling, scanning and store the documents. 4. Able to perform teamwork and multitask. 5. In charge of general administrative duties such as forms preparation, documents/record compilation and filing, etc. 6. Handling foreign workers matters. 7. Checking and recording Invoices, Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders. 8. Maintaining general office files, including job files, supplier files, and other files related to the company’s operations. 9. Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment. 10.
