Job Responsibilities:
Operations
- Support Air Export shipment movement for major accounts (Key Clients).
- Ensure smooth and timely freight operations to meet client requirements.
- Coordinate daily Air Import and Export activities with clients, service providers, and internal teams.
- Prepare necessary documentation for international transportation and Customs requirements.
- Accurately update shipment data in the operating system.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate professionally with customers, arranging international shipments.
- Manage inbound and outbound Air shipment schedules.
- Coordinate and negotiate rates with approved service providers.
- Handle quotations for intercompany requests, ad-hoc pricing, and tender RFQs.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients, intercompany, and vendors.
- Validate vendor invoices and manage accruals.
- Comply with internal policies, operational standards, and customer requirements.
- Continuously seek process improvements and efficiency.
- Follow customers’ SOPs and support the team in achieving KPIs.

Support to Manager/Supervisor
- Review operational reports and update event codes timely.
- Audit files to ensure operational standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers and service providers.
- Support vendor evaluations and improvement plans.
- Assist with providing competitive rates and transitioning new business.
- Support overseas offices with rate quotations as needed.

Finance
- Ensure billings meet KPIs and follow credit procedures.
- Perform accurate vendor billing and resolve accounting issues.
- Manage COD accounts and monitor job profitability.

General
- Handle client escalations.
- Manage warehouse inventory reports and trucking arrangements (where applicable).
- Support Ocean operations when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
